1. How long does shipping take, and what are the charges?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. For Karachi, delivery usually takes 4-7 days, and charges are Rs. 250. For other cities, delivery times may vary, and the shipping fee is Rs. 350. Please note there are no deliveries on Sundays, and orders placed after 8 PM are processed the next business day.

2. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
